Sorry for your loss, you hear that a lot when your grieving and although it is meant with love and sincerity, what you really need is help and guidance.

Grief is a natural process that we all have to go through when a loved one dies, there are stages of grief we all have to pass through to reach acceptance. 

For some people they unknowingly get 'stuck' within the stages of grief, this can be because to move forward in their life without that person can be overwhelming and feel like they are losing that person all over again. 

I offer a peaceful and safe place where you can come and talk about the person you have lost. With gentle therapy that helps to guide you through the stages of grief so that you are able to accept your loss and start to move forward with your life.

This is therapy is not about forgetting the person you have lost it is about not losing yourself in grief.

I am not here to force you to move on, I am here to help and guide you so that when you think about this person who you lost, you can remember the memories with healing tears and then smiles.

No one escapes the grieving process but with my help we'll go through it at your pace.
