First step to a Hypnotherapy Session is to book a complimentary 20 minute consultation over the phone

After the initial phone consultation you will be then booked in for a relaxation/stress reduction session that cost £40 and we will also complete a therapy form.

Then you'll be booked for 4 Therapy sessions which are tailor-made to aid you in being able to Reduce, Resolve and Release the reason for having therapy.

Payment for the 4 sessions are made prior to the booking of the first session.
